Meet Our Trainers
Collin Karcher, AT, ATC
Licensed Certified Athletic Trainer, St. John’s Providence
Collin has worked with the Sports Medicine Department of St. John since February of 2017. He spends his time treating patients within the Cracchiolo Inpatient Rehabilitation Center (Moross Campus) and also provides injury prevention and treatment for the athletes of Grosse Pointe South High School. Specializing in hyperthermia research and sports dietics, Collin earned his baccalaureate degree from Central Michigan University and plans to continue his education with a master’s degree in healthcare administration. When he is not working, Collin spends most of his time outdoors, hunting, fishing, and boating.
Rochelle Mazurek, AT, ATC
Licensed Certified Athletic Trainer, St. John's Providence
Rochelle has been a member of the St. John Providence Sports Medicine Team since July 2010 and works full-time with our athletes of Grosse Pointe South High School. She has a Bachelor’s of Science from Grand Valley State University and specializes in manual therapy, skin fold assessment, Kinesio-taping and injury evaluation. Outside of being a Licensed Athletic Trainer, Rochelle enjoys spending time with her husband and son, walking her dog and playing recreational sports.
